Harry Kalaba is a dedicated, disciplined and selfless leader with the vision and experience to transform Zambia. Born to a family of public service -- his father Simon Chisha Kalaba served as Member of Parliament for Bahati and as a minister under President Kenneth Kaunda -- Harry learnt the values of caring for people from a very early age.

His education in Catholic schools and formation in seminary reinforced values of Christianity, service before self, and love for neighbour. As Minister of Foreign Affairs, he placed Zambia at the centre of key diplomatic engagements, earning a reputation as a principled leader who puts nation before personal gain.

He embodies youthful and progressive leadership, comprehending the current challenges facing ordinary Zambians, making him the ideal candidate for the August 2026 elections.

Early Formation

Born June 12, 1976 in Mansa, Luapula Province. Educated in Catholic schools and formed in seminary, developing deep values of service, integrity, and love for humanity.

Public Service

Served as Member of Parliament for Bahati constituency, Minister of Lands, and Zambia's 25th Minister of Foreign Affairs under Presidents Michael Sata and Edgar Lungu.

Selfless Leadership

Refused special settling allowances and preferential loan conditions as Minister, choosing to live by the same standards as ordinary Zambians. A true servant leader.

Citizens First

Founded Citizens First in 2022 with a vision to put every Zambian citizen at the centre of government decisions, programs and policies for a prosperous Zambia.

Our Vision For A Better Zambia

Develop Zambia Through Enhanced and Competitive Policies
